My inspection had to be done at quite short notice but this was not a problem. Both building and pest inspections were done very thoroughly and I received a verbal report over the phone the same day. The written building report was very comprehensive. It even included photos of under the house (among other issues) which I was able to show the plumber regarding the leaking issue.
